Infection Control & Prevention Clinical Nurse SpecialistToronto Private Hospital is seeking an experienced permanent part time Infection prevention and control clinical nurse specialist, working 1 day per week.
The role can be flexible with hours and preferred day.Toronto Private Hospital is a part of the Aurora Health Care Group and is a 105 bed private hospital located on the western side of Lake Macquarie, 30 minutes from Gosford, Maitland and Newcastle.
The hospital is a 105 bed facility, with inpatient rehabilitation, medical, palliative and mental health, plus outpatient services.ESSENTIAL CRITERIAStrong leadership and decision making skillsAt least 5 years clinical experience Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registrationA sound knowledge of local networks, facilities and service providersExperience working in infection prevention and controlExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsDESIRABLE CRITERIAMotivated and energetic team player.Experience in staff health and vaccinationsFor further information contact Karen Whitbread, Director of Clinical Services, on ************ or email ******
