The Prospect:
This is a phone-based role.
You will be responsible for driving outbound B2B sales activity, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments to support business growth.
All outbound activity consists of warm calls to existing customers and engaged prospects.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and executing targeted outbound phone campaigns




Building and maintaining prospect and customer lists
Generating new sales opportunities through proactive engagement
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in NetSuite CRM
Recording all customer interactions, calls, and appointments

About You
Proven experience in outbound B2B telesales
Strong communication skills and confidence in discussing product information
Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet KPIs
Experience using CRM/ERP systems
