As an Early Childhood Teacher you will have access to leadership and support on emerging trends impacting the sector through our support office teams.This role is being offered on a permanentfull-timebasis, located at our ChisholmService.EXPERIENCE/CRITERIAExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to share information with parent's dailyEffective implementation of the ELYF curriculum suitable to the needs and interests of children in careDemonstrated ability to work as part of a team and support co-workers in their qualified developmentDemonstrated experience in assessing needs of children,
monitoring their progress and ensuring school reading when applicableExcellent organizational skills and concise record managementDemonstrated understanding of:National Quality Framework (NQF);Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF);Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting and Workplace Health and Safety issues and practicesQUALIFICATIONSDegree in Early Childhood Teaching as recognised by the Australian Children's Education and Care Authority (mandatory),ORan approved Diploma level qualification in Children's Services as identified by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (candidates currently studying towards obtaining their teaching degree will be considered if they have a suitable amount of experience).
