Manage end-to-end leasing of residential properties
Host open homes and manage tenant enquiry
Process applications
Prepare leases and coordinate key handovers
Complete ingoing and routine inspections
Back up admin support to the team

Experience required
Current Certificate of Registration
Drivers licence and reliable car
Experience in a customer service environment
Available to work Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
Confident communicator
Strong customer service skills
A genuine desire to build a long-term real estate career
Benefits
$65,000-$75,000 + bonuses
