No prior internal sales experience in the HVAC&R; industry is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidate.Key Responsibilities (but would not be limited to):Counter and phone salesManage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the suitable solution based on specifications, costs, and availability.The applicant will be required to process and manage customer orders through quotation, ordering, picking,



packing and organising the delivery of itemsBuild and strengthen new and existing customer relationshipsWork alongside internal departments (warranty, purchasing and accounts) to help satisfy / fulfil customer requestsAssist with warehouse duties when required (receiving of goods, stock take etc)Qualifications and Experience:Minimum Year 10 certificate of completionCustomer service/retail experience (preferred but not essential)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;Must demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work autonomously in a team environmentExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail requiredAn interest in creating and maintaining customer relationshipsAbility to multi-task and prioritise projectsExtensive and ongoing training provided.
