You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high food standards, and drive a positive, team-focused culture.You will manage stock, develop seasonal menus for in-house and private events, ensure food safety, and plan rosters.
We offer a full-time role on a 7-day roster with a market-competitive salary based on experience and a friendly team environment.
