In this role you'll deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in aged-care settings, working to maintain and improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence of clients.Key Responsibilities:Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-careCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing,
