Join our multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive assessments, clinical interventions, and recovery-focused care across South Sydney and the Sutherland Shire.We are seeking a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse who is passionate about person-centred care and cooperative practice within an integrated health service.About the roleAs a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide specialist nursing expertise within a multidisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions that support recovery and wellbeing.
You will integrate physical health screening into mental health care and collaborate with primary care and other services.This role is a part-time 30 hours/week, 12-month fixed term position (to 30 June ****) with potential extension.The service operates Monday-Friday, with some extended hours up to 7pm on two days per week.
