The Mutual Bank is seeking an experienced leader to head our East Maitland Branch, guiding a team to deliver excellent Member experiences and branch performance.You will coach staff, foster a positive culture, drive growth, ensure compliance and risk management, and build solid relationships with Members and the local community.This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm, with at least two Saturday morning shifts per month; applicants will undergo background checks.
