with a strong emphasis on account reconciliation and collections.Immediate start available – 2-4 days per weekKey Responsibilities:Perform accurate and timely account reconciliationsAllocate incoming payments to customer accountsPrepare and issue customer invoicesProcess and manage credit notesAssist with accounts payable and payment processing as requiredMonitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue paymentsProactively collect outstanding debts while maintaining positive client relationshipsInvestigate and resolve account discrepanciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsLiaise with internal teams and customers regarding account queriesAbout You:Proven experience in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)Experience using MYOB is essentialStrong focus on reconciliation and collectionsHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelWhat We Offer:Adaptable casual working arrangement (2 days per week)Supportive and friendly team environmentImmediate start availableIf you are an experienced accounts professional with MYOB expertise looking for a flexible, hands‐on role, we'd love to hear from you.
