Exterior Garden Maintenance - Northern BeachesWe are seeking an experienced Exterior Garden Maintenance professional to join the team at Indoor Plant Solutions, based in Brookvale NSW ****.
This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of our valued clients across the Northern Beaches region.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality garden maintenance services that exceed client expectations and reflect our commitment to excellence in landscaping.
This role involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment, managing multiple properties, and ensuring every garden is maintained to the highest standards.What you'll be doingPerforming regular garden maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, edging, hedging and pruningMaintaining garden beds, mulching and weeding to ensure a neat and healthy appearanceOperating and maintaining garden equipment and machinery safely and responsiblyResponding promptly to client requests and addressing any garden concerns or issuesMaintaining detailed records of maintenance schedules and client preferencesAdhering to health and safety regulations and industry best practicesBuilding strong relationships with clients and representing Indoor Plant Solutions professionallyContributing to team projects and supporting colleagues when requiredWhat we're looking forProven experience in exterior garden maintenance or landscaping, ideally within the Sydney metropolitan area or similar climatesStrong knowledge of plants, trees,



shrubs and seasonal garden care requirementsProficiency in operating garden machinery such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws and blowersA current, valid driver's licence with a reliable vehicle for travelling between client propertiesPhysical fitness and ability to perform manual labour throughout the working dayExcellent communication and customer service skillsA commitment to health and safety practices and environmental responsibilityAbility to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple propertiesCertificate III in Landscape/Horticulture or equivalent qualification is preferredCurrent First Aid certification is advantageousAbout usIndoor Plant Solutions is a dedicated provider of expert plant and garden services, committed to creating and maintaining beautiful, thriving spaces for our clients.
