Purpose & Professional Growth Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm, this community-based palliative care role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to further develop your specialist nursing skills within a supportive rural setting.While working independently, you'll be backed by a strong regional network, receiving guidance from a Clinical Nurse Consultant, comprehensive orientation, and access to ongoing education and professional development to support your continued growth.Please note: Due to the level of clinical autonomy and complexity involved, previous palliative care experience is essential, and this role is not suitable for new graduates.Deliver holistic palliative and end-of-life care in the communitySupport symptom management and advance care planningTravel for outreach visits across surrounding communitiesProvide culturally protected, respectful care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoplesWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, social workers, oncology specialists, dietitians,
