About the Role
As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will work on a varied caseload across a range of personal injury matters while receiving ongoing mentoring and support from experienced practitioners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing personal injury matters from commencement through to resolution
Advising and representing clients across a range of compensation claims
Preparing correspondence, pleadings, applications, briefs, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and gathering evidence to support client claims
Negotiating settlements and, where required,



representing clients in court proceedings
Building strong and trusted relationships with clients, medical professionals, barristers, and other stakeholders
Contributing to the continued growth and success of our personal injury practice
Areas of Practice
You will ideally have experience in some or all of the following areas:
Public Liability
Workers Compensation (State and Federal)
Motor Vehicle Accident Claims
Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Claims
Income Protection Claims
Life Insurance Claims
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current Australian Practising Certificate
A minimum of 2 years' post admission experience in Personal Injury Law
Strong technical knowledge of personal injury legislation and procedures
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities
A proactive and solutions focused approach
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
A positive, team oriented attitude and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
