The Opportunity We're hiring a Solar Sales Consultant for our high performance Brisbane team.
Field / In-Home Sales Consultant Attend in-home appointments and close face-to-face Build trust, educate, design, and close quality sales Monthly regional trip required (typically 1–3 nights) Why this sales role converts Warm leads on tap (exclusive channels) We generate warm, high-intent solar & battery sales leads through our large national field teams, partner channels and other direct/indirect sources—so you focus on sales appointments and closing, not hunting.
Installation capacity (so your sales move fast) We've grown internal and external install teams across Australia.

What you'll be doing: Conduct needs analysis (bills, usage, roof, future load like EV/battery) Present options clearly, handle objections, and close sales Complete contracts and documentation; support finance/application steps where required Keep CRM notes and pipeline stages accurate and up to date Build referrals through a professional customer experience What we're looking for Proven performance in direct sales / high-volume sales / consultative sales Solar sales experience highly regarded (but strong closers from other industries considered) Highly motivated, education-led and financially driven Strong follow-up discipline and high CRM/admin standards Comfortable with customer-friendly hours (some evenings/weekends) Field role: driver's licence + reliable vehicle + monthly regional travel Package $70k–$85k base + super + allowances + uncapped commissions OTE $200,000+ (high performers / proven solar or direct sales background) Career progression Opportunities to move into Commercial/SME solar sales and Sales Leadership/Management as you perform.
