As we continue to grow, we're transforming into a comprehensive one-stop destination.We're now seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Deli/Dairy Manager to lead and oversee operations in our Deli, Cheese Bar, and Dairy departments for our store in Roxburgh ParkAbout the RoleAs the Deli/Dairy Manager, you'll take full ownership of the deli and dairy operations, driving product quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
You will bring your deep knowledge of smallgoods, cheeses, gourmet deli items, and dairy products to create an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliance with food safety and business standards.This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact — not just in day-to-day operations, but also through product innovation, supplier relationships, and mentoring your team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end operations of the Deli, Cheese Bar, and Dairy departmentsManage product selection, ordering, supplier relationships, and stock control across deli and dairy rangesMaintain exceptional product quality, presentation, and availability,
