With deep local market knowledge and global resources, we empower our clients in both "going global" and "bringing in," acting as a solid logistics partner in China-Australia trade.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily performance of last-mile (cartage) vendors, monitor key KPIs such as on-time delivery, delivery success rate, and POD return rate, and proactively identify gaps to drive performance improvementCoordinate delivery bookings and appointment scheduling with vendors and customers to ensure timely and efficient dispatch, particularly for B2B delivery requirementsEnsure timely and accurate collection of POD (Proof of Delivery), maintain proper records in line with internal and customer requirements, and follow up on missing or incorrect documentationHandle delivery exceptions, delays, and operational issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve problems and minimise service impactSupport monthly vendor invoice verification and reconciliation by cross-checking delivery records, service rates, and billing accuracy, and assist in resolving discrepancies with vendors and finance teamsMaintain effective communication with vendors as a key coordination point, supporting ongoing vendor relationship management to ensure stable and consistent service qualityRequirementsExperience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations preferredExposure to last-mile delivery, cartage, or vendor coordination is highly regardedStrong coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentGood data handling ability, with Excel skills preferredStrong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plusHigh attention to detail, especially in KPI tracking and billing accuracyBilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred due to frequent communication with HQ and regional teams.
