About the Role

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the vehicle purchasing journey, and deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and build strong, lasting relationships
Present and demonstrate vehicles and their features and perks
Manage customer enquiries and proactively follow up on leads
Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
Provide exceptional customer service throughout and after the sales process




Maintain accurate records and customer communication
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our sales team.
Whether you're an experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant with a proven sales history or someone looking to start a rewarding career in automotive sales, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
Previous experience in vehicle sales or a genuine passion for customer service and a strong desire to build a career in automotive sale
Motivated, driven, and results-focused with a strong desire to succeed
Confident in building rapport, identifying customer needs, and closing sales opportunities
A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
Available to work weekends and hold a current driver licence
