The successful team member will have plenty of opportunities to get to know the Big Bear way and learn off our sister centres.About the Role - the serious stuff:Your duties will include but not be limited to:Complying with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices - this is criticalDeveloping and implementing the educational programs and practices in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards - children's agency, children's voices, project learning and experiences over activities are so importantReviewing and contributing to the policies, procedures, action and quality improvement plans - this helps us create a continuous improvement environmentBuilding and nurturing respectful and meaningful relationships with children, families, team members, management team and approved providersBuild on the amazing team culture currently at Big Bear AcademyRather than write a long list,
