Academic results matter, but they are achieved through robust systems, accountability and character development.About the RoleYou will work with K–12 students across subjects including:Standard, Advanced, Extension 1 and Extension 2 MathematicsPhysicsStandard, Advanced, Extension 1 and Extension 2 EnglishEconomics, Business Studies, Chemistry, Legal Studies and BiologyOther NSW HSC subjectsSessions may include one-on-one and small-group classes of up to five students, primarily delivered in person.Your role extends beyond explaining content.
You will mentor students, hold them accountable and help them develop disciplined study habits, confidence and strong conceptual understanding.Tutor Rewards and BonusesAGCoaching offers competitive contractor rates alongside a structured bonus system that rewards long-term commitment, group teaching and strong student outcomes.Hourly rate increases of $2.50 - $10 per hour as they reach key lesson milestonesGroup-class bonuses of $2.50 - $10 per hour,
