Diploma and Certificate III qualified Educators on Part-time or full time basisMinimum Requirements for EducatorsCompleted or working towards your Certificate 3 in Children's ServicesCompleted or working towards your Diploma in Children's Services1 year experience working in an Early Childhood settingYou will understand your responsibilities as a mandatory reporter and be able to demonstrate safe, ethical and professional behaviour at all times, including maintaining qualified boundaries, actively supervising children, identifying and responding to risks and reporting concerns in line with legislative requirements.Overall RequirementsWorking with Children Check (must be an employee)Level 2 First Aid (ACECQA recognised course code)Asthma Management (ACECQA recognised course code)Anaphylaxis Management (ACECQA recognised course code)Child protection trainingPassion for Early EducationThe drive to learn and developFYI: To ensure that we invite the best candidate to join our team, our Recruitment and Selection process includes (for select applicants):At least one 'face to face' interview.The requirement to provide a minimum of 2 referees who can be contacted to verify employment history and work performance.Provision of copies of ECEC qualifications, Working With Children Check status and other relevant qualifications – these will be subject to verification.A requirement that you have completed National Child Safety training and state-based Child Protection Training prior to any engagement with children.You understand that you are expected to fully participate in an extensive Induction process.You should also be aware that we will ensure ongoing monitoring of your suitability to work with children.The Approved Provider of this centre is JAHANGIR ENTERPRISE PTY LTD.
