Deliver in-home physiotherapy focused on mobility, strength,



falls prevention & pain management.Create personalised home exercise programs.Conduct thorough initial and follow-up assessments.Work collaboratively with families, GPs, carers & coordinators.Recommend aids/equipment and provide ongoing progress reports.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow best-practice infection control.Enjoying a manageable caseload — with an average of 8 clients per day.Being paid for note and report writing time at the end of each day.What You'll NeedAHPRA registration (Physiotherapist).
Strong communication & clinical reasoning.Confidence working independently (with team support!)Passion for helping older adults and people with disabilities.Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.A warm, kind approach and interest in growing your skills.If you're a physiotherapist who wants flexibility, autonomy and genuine connection with your clients and team — we'd love to hear from you.Keen to learn more about who we are?
