What You'll Be Responsible For
You will take full control of our service division and scale it.
Lead and grow a team of 20+ service plumbersDrive daily KPI performance across:
Sold hoursJob profitabilityAverage ticketCallback rateCustomer satisfactionReview performance daily and take immediate actionWork closely with dispatch and leadershipStep into complex jobs and lead by exampleTrain and develop technicians into top performersEnforce systems, processes, and accountabilityEnsure all work meets Australian Standards

Who You Must Be

Minimum Requirements
NSW Plumbing Licence (Drainage, Gas, LP Gas preferred)10+ years residential maintenance experienceStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsProven experience quoting and sellingLeadership experienceStrong communication skillsNSW Driver's Licence
