Residential Site Supervisor – North Shore & Northern BeachesA growing residential construction company is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join its team and help manage a steady pipeline of high-quality residential building projects across Northern Sydney.This role is ideal for someone with a solid carpentry or residential construction background who is looking to step up into site coordination, or an existing supervisor seeking a stable role with a builder that values quality, organisation and teamwork.We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, communicates confidently with clients and trades, and enjoys keeping projects well organised and moving forward.About the RoleAs Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential construction projects and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Coordinating trades, suppliers, and subcontractors across multiple active sitesMonitoring site progress and helping keep projects on scheduleReviewing drawings, specifications, selections, and construction documentationMaintaining accurate updates in project management systemsCommunicating clearly with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal team membersIdentifying and resolving site issues before they become larger problemsSupporting site safety, quality control, and general compliance requirementsCarrying out some hands-on work where required, depending on the stage of the projectWorking closely with the construction leadership team to improve systems, processes, and project outcomesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to be practical,
