Some key responsibilities for our Employment Consultantroles:
Provideand arrange customised support to a diverse caseload of job seekers,including the development of personalised job plans, resume and careerguidance, interview preparation, referral to training and support servicesand ongoing workplace support after job placementBuildpositive relationships with potential employers to broker suitable roles.
Successful candidates for these Employment Consultantroles will:
Shareour commitment to providing a high standard of customer servicePossessexceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport withpeople from diverse backgroundsPossessgood administrative and computer skillsHaveexperience working to deadlines and/or KPIsPassa Criminal Record Check,



Working with Children Check and other checks asdeemed necessaryBeeligible to work in AustraliaBeexpected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirementsBeable to work full time hours onsite, Monday to Friday
