We empower children with the lessons, values and life skills they need for the future.Job DescriptionWe require a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.The role involves the active development, implementation and evaluation of a child-focused education and care curriculum, ensuring the curriculum is consistent with the service philosophy and the requirements of the National Quality Framework.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a high-quality education and care curriculum for all enrolled children that is consistent with:Service philosophyPolicies and proceduresNational Quality StandardsEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Education and Care Services National RegulationsEducation and Care Services National LawMaintain appropriate documentation of children's learning in accordance with the National Quality Standards and centre requirements.Provide an aesthetically rich and welcoming environment through the planning,



preparation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.Manage the safety and supervision of all children, in conjunction with other team members, across both indoor and outdoor learning environments.Build and maintain positive relationships with families, parents and carers.Develop team-oriented working relationships with all staff within the service.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with relevant on-the-job experience.Current registration with the relevant state or territory Teacher Registration Board (NESA).
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
