What you’ll do
Lead and grow multiple engineering squads, both locally and internationally
Build a strong leadership bench and high-performing teams
Introduce processes, structure, and standards to support delivery in a rapid-paced setting
Mentor and develop engineers and team leads across the organisation

Who we’re looking for
Proven experience scaling engineering teams from early-stage through to significant scale (think 0 to first 50).
Comfortable leading multiple teams in high-growth, quick-moving environments
Skilled at building process and structure while maintaining agility
A people-first leader focused on delivery, operational excellence, and team development
