Role Overview

As a Tax Officer (APS 6) in the Compliance and Engagement Group (CEG), you will help build community confidence and trust through the administration of a world‑class tax and superannuation system.



You may lead a team or work directly with a diverse range of taxpayers to help them meet their tax and superannuation obligations.

Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing the assurance of Australia’s tax and superannuation system through audits, reviews, and the provision of advice.
Work with taxpayers to meet their tax and superannuation obligations.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
Support compliance initiatives and engage with stakeholders across multiple locations.
