Based in North Ryde , this is a fully office‑based role (5 days onsite) .

THE ROLE

Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside another Recruiter, you will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process across a high volume of roles.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating and scheduling interviews
Managing and aligning hiring managers’ diaries
Building and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Supporting the broader recruitment function in a fast‑paced environment

THE CRITERIA

To be successful in this role,



you will have a minimum of three years’ experience working in a recruitment position, either agency or in‑house, and have proven experience operating in a quick‑paced, high‑volume workplace recruiting across retail or sales. You will demonstrate robust resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders while effectively managing competing priorities and maintaining strong working relationships across the business.
