About The Prospect
You’ll help individuals recover from injury and return to work through a client‑centred approach focused on health and well‑being. Your caseload will include Workers Compensation, CTP, and WHS assessments. This role suits someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering quality outcomes through care and collaboration.

About You
A university degree in Rehab Counselling or Psychology
ASORC accreditation (for Rehab Counsellors) or AHPRA registration (for Psychologists)
Some experience in occupational rehabilitation or related clinical settings
A passion for helping people live healthier lives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Full driver’s licence and access to a car
A excellent sense of humour and a positive attitude
