Fuse Recruitment are currently seeking a highly organised Logistics Coordinator for an initial 2 month assignment working Monday to Friday for a clientbased in Lane Cove West (NSW ****).

The Role:You'll play a key role in supporting daily logistics and spare parts coordination, working closely with service engineers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:This is a standalone role where you will responsible for all facets of inbound and outbound operations.




You will use SAP on a daily basis for receipting goods and inventory.Your duties will also include:Receive incoming goods and complete goods receipt processesReceipting of goods via SAPPhysically inspect shipments and reconcile with documentationCoordinate with freight forwarders and internal teamsRespond to logistics and spare parts enquiries via email (internal & channel partners)Book and manage demo equipmentRF Scanning of stockPick packing ordersSupport service engineers with spare parts managementCollaborate with neighbouring dispatch team (separate company)Maintain compliance with safety standards and proceduresReport directly to the Financial ControllerIt will be advantageous to hold your LF forklift license.
If you do hold this then additional duties will include:High Reach forklift operation up to 6 bays highCounter Balance loading and unloading trucksThe Candidate:We're looking for a hands-on and proactive Logistics Coordinator and someone with strong coordination skills and experience in warehouse or logistics support.Skills & Experience Required:2+ years previous experience in a logistics co-ordinating roleExperience with SAP or similar WMSComputer and data entry experienceStrong communication and coordination skills across departmentsProactive, self-directed and capable of working independentlyAttention to detail and ownership of tasksBasic physical capacity for handling small boxes (no heavy labour)Comfortable with office-based work and occasional forklift duties ******%)Comfortable using email and internal systems (primarily computer-based)
