Intrinsic Health is looking to welcome a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to our growing Residential Aged Care team on a casual basis.This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about supporting older people to stay protected, active, independent and engaged in the things that matter to them.Whether you are an experienced clinician or a new graduate ready to grow, we would love to hear from you.About the roleAs part of our Residential Aged Care team, you will work alongside experienced allied health professionals to support residents with their physical health, mobility, independence and overall wellbeing.Your work may include:Chronic disease and injury managementManual handling and functional assessmentsInitial assessments and clinical referralsFalls prevention, risk management and educationExercise programs and re-enablement servicesAttending clinical meetings and case conferencesSupporting clinical staff trainingWorking as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team in residential aged careOpportunities to build a private caseload and community referrals over timeThis is a varied and rewarding role where no two days feel exactly the same, and where the small wins genuinely matter.Why you'll love working with usWe know flexibility matters.
