In this role, you will:
Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employmentEvaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illnessPerform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessmentsTake responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goalEngage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
