You'll use your clinical expertise and communication skills to assess, plan, and deliver tailored support that promotes wellbeing and successful outcomes.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting workplace rehabilitation assessments and developing individualised return-to-work plansCollaborating with employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate recovery goalsProviding guidance, education, and motivation to clients navigating the return-to-work processIdentifying barriers to recovery and implementing practical, person-centred solutionsConducting functional, ergonomic, and vocational assessments as requiredPromoting workplace safety, inclusion, and long-term resilience through proactive recommendationsThis is a varied role that offers daily purpose,
