Uplift Psychological Services is seeking Psychologists Registrars and Clinical Psychologists to join our growing team in Redfern, NSW.

Key responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for clients presenting with a range of mental health concerns
Providing evidence-based psychological interventions including cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based approaches and other contemporary therapeutic modalities
Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborating with other mental health professionals, medical practitioners and community services to ensure coordinated and holistic client care
Contributing to the career development of the team through case discussions, clinical supervision and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Supporting clients through crisis interventions and risk assessments when required
Engaging in ongoing professional development and maintaining current knowledge of evidence-based psychological practice
Participating in quality assurance and outcome measurement activities to continuously improve service delivery
What we're looking for
Current registration with the Australian Psychology Board (AHPRA) as a psychologist or Clinical Psychologist
A minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPRA
Strong clinical experience in assessing and treating a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma and behavioural issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage a varied caseload
A commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality and duty of care
Experience in a private practice setting or community mental health service is highly desirable
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision
