This is an outstanding chance for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a landmark luxury apartment project with one of Sydney's most respected residential builders.
You'll be supported by experienced Directors, trusted subcontractors and proven systems, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional project from start to finish.

Established in ****, Cumberland Building has earned an outstanding reputation for delivering architecturally designed homes and apartments throughout Sydney.
With approximately 35 employees and annual turnover of around $40M, the business continues to grow through repeat clients, referrals and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Projects range up to $20M and are supported by excellent systems, quality subcontractors who are always paid on time and a leadership team that believes in trust, collaboration and giving people the autonomy to perform.

The Project




Your first project will be a landmark high-end residential apartment development on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Working alongside experienced consultants and a professional project team, you'll be responsible for maintaining programme, quality, safety and client expectations while delivering the level of finish Cumberland Building is known for.
Your Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities
Drive programme, quality and safety outcomes
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
Manage procurement and material scheduling
Maintain strong client and consultant relationships
Mentor Site Engineers, Foremen and junior team members
Deliver projects to Cumberland's exceptional quality standards
About You
Cert IV or Diploma in Construction (preferred)
Minimum 5 years' Site Management experience on projects valued above $5M
High-end residential experience with exceptional attention to detail
Strong leadership and communication skills
