We're looking for a motivated and organised Property Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, supporting landlords with tenancy-related matters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of residential properties from end to endHandle landlord communications, lease renewals, and routine inspectionsCoordinate maintenance and repairs with tradespeopleEnsure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislationSupport onboarding of new properties into the portfolioLiaise with internal teams to maintain high service standardsRequirements1–2 years of experience in residential or long-term property managementCertificate of Registration (NSW) — requiredStrong communication skills,
