Sales Assistant – Trainee or Experienced | Training Provided

Our customers range from local builders to government buyers, so the work is varied and genuinely interesting.
About the Role
This is an office-based sales support role.
You'll work closely with our senior sales team, supporting the sales process from first enquiry through to quote follow-up and handover — and your work directly helps win projects.
To be upfront: this is not a travelling sales rep job, and it's not a counter or retail role.
You'll spend your day at a desk — on the phone, on email, researching opportunities and keeping our sales pipeline moving.
If you like following things through properly and seeing results build over time, you'll enjoy it.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound sales enquiries by phone and emailResearching potential customers, projects,



contacts and opportunitiesFollowing up quotes and keeping opportunities warmAsking the right questions to understand timing, needs and next stepsKeeping detailed, accurate records in our CRMPreparing notes and background information for senior sales follow-upHelping plan sales calls, client visits and follow-up activityOver time, learning our products and supporting the quoting process
