You will play a key role in driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and leading continuous improvement across the service.What you'll doMentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program qualityGuide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) across the centreSupport educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practiceDrive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the teamWork closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for childrenWhat you'll bringA genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing,
