What You’ll Be Doing
You will work with participants, supporting them with culturally protected and holistic services to help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.
Additional Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Develop tailored plans for participants to create successful and culturally secure pathways for employment
Empower participants by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers
Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

What You Will Need
Current probationary or open Australian Driver’s Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Willing to complete a National Police check
Willing to obtain a MyID (standard level)
Ability to pass a Working with Children’s check
