You will provide a range of supports to ensure that they can continue to live in their own homes and a life they choose in their local community,



including:Providing personal careHelping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)Assisting with shopping and meal preparationTransporting clients to appointments and general community accessProviding companionship and emotional support*You must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from the Blacktown area.About YouTo be successful in the role, you'll need:Adaptable availability Mon to Fri between 7am - 3pmCert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community CareNDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred) or Police checkCPR and First Aid CertificatesA NSW Driver Licence and your own reliable transport with comprehensive insuranceBenefits and PerksTraining and support providedOpportunities to grow in your role and careerRewards and recognition - travel allowance, staff programs that celebrate you, and a referral bonus scheme!
