Rockpool Residential Aged Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant (Clinical Care Manager) to lead clinical governance, quality and safety across the home.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape accreditation readiness and build clinical capability of the team.You will coordinate complex resident care with GPs, allied health and nursing staff, lead AN-ACC assessments and ensure funding integrity with robust clinical systems and continuous improvement.
