Responsibilities
Maintaining the cleanliness standards for the hotel's public areas including lobbies, restaurants, bathrooms, hallways, offices, function areas and other common areas.
Thoroughly cleaning all sections of the public areas, such as bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, polishing, tidying and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impression.
Re‑stocking and maintaining housekeeping inventory levels including linen, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, chemicals, bins etc.
Providing friendly, approachable and professional relationships with our guests.
Reporting maintenance issues promptly, showing dedication to a flawless experience.

Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience in a busy commercial environment or hotel is preferred.
High cleaning standards and attention to detail.
Strong motivation to learn, grow and develop within a supportive hotel team.




Ability to collaborate within a team and individually within a fast‑paced setting.
Versatile and open to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Valid working rights in Australia – sponsorship not available.
