We're looking for an energetic, friendly and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our growing Brooklyn Donuts & Coffee Co. family.

About the Role
As the face of our store, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and helping create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing outstanding customer service with every interaction
Making great coffee (Barista experience preferred but not essential)
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Preparing and presenting food and beveragesMaintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store
Assisting with opening, closing and daily store operations
Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude

Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A team player who enjoys supporting those around them
Well presented with excellent communication skills
Experience
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is highly regarded
Coffee/barista experience is preferred, however full training can be provided for the right person
Food handling experience is an advantage but not essential
Availability
This position requires availability Monday to Friday during daytime trading hours, with flexibility to work additional shifts and weekends if required.
