This is full time position on an initial 9 month contract with the view to transition into a permanent role.Your skills and experienceIdeally you will have 1-2 years prior call centre/customer service experience or are a recent graduate who is keen to learnStrong communication skills should be second nature to youA genuine passion for helping others and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer serviceHybrid, versatile working environment - you will be able to work from home as well as from the office after 6 months of onboarding.Be part of something new from day one.
