Our client seeks a diligent in-house lawyer to join their esteemed team, reporting to the executive manager/managing partner in the Employment/ IR/workers' compensation department.
Your role will involve managing a portfolio of claims and prioritising safe and swift return-to-work outcomes for injured workers within legal parameters.
You will collaborate with a cohesive team of seasoned in-house lawyers, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.This rare opportunity currently exists for an in-house lawyer or associate with expertise in industrial relations, employment, and/or work health and safety matters to join their NSW office.
