Our current receptionist has been promoted within the firm and therefore we are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and reliable Receptionist to join our growing team.As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for clients and visitors while maintaining the professional image and reputation of the practice.
This position is ideally suited to a highly organised individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Meeting, welcoming, and assisting clients and visitors;- Answering, screening, and directing telephone enquiries;- Taking accurate and detailed messages;- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence;- Opening, maintaining, and closing client files;- Managing office stationery and supplies;- Coordinating deliveries and collections;- Providing administrative support to solicitors and support staff;- Maintaining a tidy, organised,



and qualified reception area.About YouThe successful applicant will possess:- Previous reception or administrative experience(not essential);- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;- A positive attitude and strong work ethic;- A mature, professional, and confident manner;-The ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and discretion when dealing with clients;- Strong attention to detail with accurate typing and data entry skills;- Excellent organisational and time-management skills;- The ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands, and meet deadlines;- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in a legal office is preferred but not essential.
