We are seeking an experienced ERP Parts Systems Administrator to become the driving force behind our SAP S/4HANA Parts operation.
This is a pivotal role within our business where you will take ownership of the Parts ERP system, ensuring the integrity of data, accuracy of customer and supplier orders, and providing meaningful reporting that supports business decisions.This is not an IT position.
We are looking for someone who understands parts operations, enjoys working with people across the business, and has the confidence to become the recognised SAP S/4HANA subject matter expert.Position OverviewReporting to the National Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, integrity and optimisation of our SAP S/4HANA Parts system.
You will work closely with Parts, Sales, Service, Purchasing and Management to ensure our ERP system delivers accurate information and supports efficient business operations.Take ownership of the SAP S/4HANA Parts module.Validate and maintain the accuracy of all parts orders and transactions.Monitor data integrity across inventory, purchasing and sales.Identify opportunities to streamline business processes within SAP S/4HANA.Maintain accurate master data including parts, suppliers and customer information.Support end users and provide guidance on SAP best practice.Assist with system improvements,



testing and implementation of new processes.Develop reports and dashboards that assist management in making informed decisions.Ensure compliance with company procedures and data governance standards.Essential Candidate RequirementsDemonstrated experience using SAP S/4HANA in a Parts, Manufacturing, Distribution or Heavy Equipment environment.A strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.Able to complete parts expediting tasks with focus & accuracy.Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.The ability to investigate issues and develop practical solutions.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.Experience within the heavy construction equipment, mining, agricultural or industrial machinery industries, highly desirable.Knowledge of inventory management and parts operations, highly desirable.On OfferOn offer is the chance to work with a growing organization who's looking for people to grow with and are looking for long-term people.
