We're seeking an enthusiastic and organisedOffice Administratorto join our trusted, family-run automotive group based in Thornleigh.
With a long-standing reputation in both retail and auction sales, we operate multiple brands includingSydney Auction Online,Pennant Hills Auto Traders,GWM Pennant Hills, andFarizon Pennant Hills.
As a valued team member, you'll support our day-to-day operations, engage with a diverse clientele, and play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly.
General office administration and reception duties
Data entry and maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records
Processing vehicle registration paperwork and customer documentation
Responding to online inquiries and coordinating bookingsLight accounts & invoicing support (training provided)
Helping manage listings and marketing content acrossCarsales, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms




Supporting sales and service staff with customer service coordination
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in administration or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and social media
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive, can-do attitude and professional presentation
Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are a bonus– many of our customers are Chinese-speaking and we welcome bilingual applicants
