Anticipated for November 2026, Blancpain will be opening its first Australian boutique in central Sydney, marking an exciting current chapter for the brand. On the 2nd level of the boutique there will be a full operation Customer Service Centre for Prestige brands (Breguet, Blancpain and Glashütte Original).
This role will work closely with two Prestige Watchmakers and be responsible for B2C and B2B customer care inquiries regarding warranty, after sales, servicing, repairs and spare parts.
