Squires Loft in Cairns, located within the Cairns Aquarium, seeks a Front of House Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, train staff and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a rapid-paced, high-volume restaurant.
You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager, model hands-on leadership on the floor, coach a diverse team, manage rosters and labour budgets, and ensure food safety and service standards are consistently met.
